Names of Edward and Mary, older lady, Louisa, Tall person orbs and tingly feeling in the octagon room.

Harry aged 93, worked here, ladies man and wore suit.

Scrying males faces changed to female and vice versa and changed from older to younger, knees touched, dizziness and a feeling of downwardness felt in the Toilets.

Black shadows seen at the top of the stairs, footsteps heard, temperature changes, hair being tugged. Sounded like a seat went, about 4 seats down on the left at the top, breathlessness felt and lights were seen in the auditorium.

Sally’s group
Only place they got activity was in the auditorium, seat went at the top left, a male presence, RAF coat, noises, temperature changes, knees being touched, lights were seen.

Jane’s Group
Lights seen, Emf went up straight away and then the Emf light faded. Coldness, toilet door moved and knocks heard in the toilet.

Temperature changes, dark shadow seen up the top by the door, stopped the first séance as people were getting pains in the kidneys and back. Went back, noises heard, hair was pulled, people were poked, arms and shoulders went numb, uncomfortable feeling, the table moved, taps heard underneath the table, lights seen behind people in the auditorium.

Four people were in the lower and upper octagon room, in the lower there was a knock on the door and it was that clear that Jane said come in and no one there, other bangs and knocks heard. The upper area, a little girl, aged 9, long blonde hair, curly hair, dress.

The same girl was in the Green room and a woman.

Mel’s Group
Temperature changes, breezes, tingling on hands and knees, knocking, light anomalies, Edward, man at the top of the stairs near the door, lights, passed in the auditorium.

John, 1500’s, choirboy, James 1993, died 26th October, accident on the roundabout. Elizabeth 28, heart condition, died March 1644, birth 1660, June, flower; the voice on the Dictaphone was her from previous investigations. Emf meter was affected and a phone turned on in the green room.

Two men/brothers, from Abbey up to the river, grain stored, 1 aggressive and 1 passive, possible William, Merchant and was circling the group. Some heard a hurr sound, temperature changes, dropping when questions were being asked. Not happy they were there in the lower octagon room, smells of bonfire and knocks heard. Felt man was unhappy, went cold, part of merchant Navy.

Conclusion
The black shadow/figure is often seen at the top of the stairs of the auditorium on regular investigations, lights and temperature changes are also often recorded in the same area.

It is interesting that Knees were being touched by different groups and in different areas of the building and 2 different groups heard a seat go in the auditorium and 2 different groups both experienced hair being pulled/tugged. The name of Edward came up twice in different areas by different groups but without the last name and more information we cannot confirm he was the same person or research him and the same applies with the other names gained.

 The patronage of the abbey was senate, mayor, sheriffs and merchants of Norwich. From 1486 and Philip de Cowgate was the prime founder of the Monastery and was a merchant dated at 1256. The Carmelites came from Palestine.

Tracy M Group - Base Room - Taps by the door, rightside, by light switches, far right, heard a no but not sure if outside or spirit. Creaking, noise on request by the door as above, clock double ticked then missed one, left balloon as a trigger object as at one point was moving but other times was not, we experimented with it to see if air movement made any different etc.

Jane Group - Base Room - Noises from both back corners, 2 had static hair, Dowsing, male around age of 40, worshipped here, not a member of the clergy, a verger. Rustle/Shuffles heard from back right corner. Dowsing, Brian messing around and was sent to Tracy M. Leaf materalised and moved.
Sound of material being dragged, almost like a dress across the floor, wind on face, shadows seen by the office door, whistling and breath heard and a childs voice, something touched someones legs.

Mark P Group - Base Room - Couple of knocks in the upstairs area but was generally quite flat.

Mark H Group - Back Room - Orbs seen floating around someones head, emf meter went up to 4mg, cold underneath the table and it was felt there was a little boy underneath the table. The elastic came of the EMF meter.

Tracy M Group - Back Room - Breeze on the top of someones hand, glass juttered a couple of times. Member of clergy, Christian, surname of J, Jackson, 949, meant 1949, here from 1949 for 9 years, died in 1958 , had family, 7 children, 6 children survived him only. I can find no record of this.

Jane Group - Back Room - Brian again

Mark P Group - Back Room - Male, aged 25, worked here, died 1716, YB, not wanting to tell name. Different spirit, worshiped here, died 236, born 1729, conflicting dates! Child, happy, happy, brothers and sisters. Relations came through to more than one person.

Mark H Group - Auditorium - Orbs seen at the bottom of the stage, 2 very bright flickers of light seen by 4 people and 2 white lights seen by all, moved from the ceiling.

Tracy M Group - Auditorium - Banging noises/scratching sounds, spirit Roger was touching someones hair, taps around the auditorium, musty smell, sound of seats being moved between people, either up or down. Someone felt a torch shining on one side of face, like a bright light. Tapping on front of the seat, where had knees on, more tapping, got colder. Someone felt like someone was sitting near them and so someone else sat in that seat. Smell of smoke, lavender and flowers. Right side of stage, lights were seen high up, a mist was seen high up, green/blue colour in the same area, but only a few could see this, even when Tracy M moved around the auditorium could not see what they were seeing and others could not either, was odd.

Jane Group - Auditorium - legs being touched, lights all around the stage area, especially high up, blue colour, spirit felt in front and on 4th row, right hand side. Second row on left hand side, bad head pain. A young girl name of Anna or Hannah screaming in ear, making him feel uncomfortable.

Mark P Group - Auditorium - Batteries drained in Dictaphone and then came back at 50%, seats creaking, whistling heard, feeling of sickness, coldness around legs, Flashing of light in control box, 2 loud thuds from back of area, noises on request, touched on left arm, noises from stage areas, footsteps heard on stage.
